Use mild soap or face wash in order to avoid irritation to the skin.

  • Moderate exercise on day to day basis helps release antioxidants too and improves your circulation that makes your complexion envious.
  • De-stress yourself: It is found that there is a close relation between psychological stress and skin lesions like acne. So, keep smiling and keep worries at bay to have a flawless skin.
