How to deal with the acne problems?
Pimples appear in teenagers for various reasons which may not develop into acne. You get acne when you are not taking good care of your facial skin. Sometimes this may result in a pimple. If you want to avoid your pimples you have to wash your facial skin thoroughly.
If you are a teenager, the first thing which would bother you more will be your pimples. When you have pimple, you may worry about getting acne and consider it as the end of life.
When you step into adolescence, it is not possible to maintain a soft and flawless skin as before because of many reasons such as hormonal changes, pollution and stressful lifestyle. So, you have to maintain your facial skin with natural products and should adopt healthy eating habits if you want to get rid off this problem.
There is no need to scrub your skin. You can clean your face by using a gentle cleanser. You spread the pimples, when you touch the face a great deal, resulting in transfer of oil from fingertips to face which subsequently spread bacteria and clogs pores from outside.
The hair oil that you use may cause you pimples, though they do not have a direct bearing on the acne. The hair oil and other hair products that you may use contain oil and other chemicals which may cause skin irritation resulting in pimples. When you have pimples use only minimum hair products which are of absolute necessity and avoid hair falling on your face.
You get pimples when oil or dirt makes numerous pores on your skin clogged, red and swollen. You should identify the cause of pimples. Sometimes it may also be due to the kind of soap you use for washing your face. Instead of cleaning the pores, the soap may do more harm in causing the acne on your face.
In that case you can avoid using soap to wash your face till it gets cleared up of all the pimples. If you get acne even after avoiding the soap, the cause of your acne may be different. In that case you can try products such as acnease, zeno, stridex, accutane, tetrasil, Neutrogena, phisoderm, etc., widely marketed for the purpose of acne cure.
If you want to wash your face, use a mild facial wash or an unscented soap. Try to avoid using cleanser with lye and dry your face with a soft towel. Do not use hard exfoliators as that may damage your skin.
When you use topical acne treatments such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or glycolic acid, to avoid the dryness, you can apply moisturizer when you sleep at night.
You need patience while curing your pimple as it takes its own time. At the best, you can only reduce the inflammation by drying out the pimples. Do not pop the pimple to get rid of it, as it may result in further spreading of the infection and a stressful face.
If it is absolutely necessary to pop your pimple, you can consult a dermatologist or prick the head by using a sterilized needle and take the pus away by using a tissue paper or cotton.
